Toyah is a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner and Chartered Certified Accountant with over 25 years’ experience at Clarke Bell. Having joined the firm at the outset of her career, she has progressed through the organisation to become a highly respected senior practitioner with extensive technical and practical expertise.
Toyah holds the AAT and ACCA accounting qualifications, together with the Certificate of Proficiency in Insolvency and the Joint Insolvency Examination Board (JIEB) qualification. She became one of the youngest insolvency professionals in the UK to qualify as a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, achieving this status by the age of 26.
She specialises in Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidations, Members’ Voluntary Liquidations, Company Voluntary Arrangements and Administrations. Toyah is recognised for her strong technical knowledge, sound commercial judgement and ability to provide clear, pragmatic advice to directors and stakeholders navigating complex and often sensitive insolvency situations.
